We're thrilled to announce our streamlined teacher referral program! Now, anyone can earn substantial rewards for bringing talented new teachers to the TwinkleTalk family. Our program is designed to be straightforward, rewarding, and exciting!
I. Eligible Participants
- Anyone can participate in the referral program!
- This includes:
- Current TwinkleTalk teachers
- Applicants in the process of becoming TwinkleTalk teachers
- Anyone else who knows qualified ESL teachers
II. Two Ways to Earn Rewards
1️⃣ TSI - Twinkle Star Incentive
- For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a $100 base reward after the referred teacher completes their first class.
- Additional tier bonuses will be awarded when reaching the following milestones:

Definition of successful referral: The referred candidate completes their first teaching session.
Reward calculation period: This program is calculated on a quarterly basis. The referral count automatically resets at the end of each quarter, and tier bonuses are recalculated.

III. How It Works: Simple as 1-2-3!
- Fill out the referral program registration form (at the bottom of this page or on our homepage)
- You'll receive your unique referral code via email within 24 hours after submitting the form
- Share your unique referral code with potential teachers
- Your referral MUST use this code when applying
- Share TwinkleTalk tips and experiences to help them succeed
- Get paid automatically:
- Rewards are added to your payment after your referral teaches their first class
- Your tier is determined by how many successful referrals you've made this quarter
IV. How You'll Get Paid
- After your referred teacher completes their first class, you'll receive both the TSI rewards (base + tier bonus) and any applicable MSI bonus.
- For current TwinkleTalk teachers: Referral rewards will be included in your next regular payment cycle, using the same payment method as your teaching compensation.
- For non-TwinkleTalk teachers: Referral rewards will be settled on the 10th of the next month via Stripe.
