## TwinkleTalk Teacher Video Guide

As part of your application, please submit a **1-3 minute video introduction**. Short clips from this video will be shown to parents to help them choose teachers, significantly improving your booking rate when you start teaching!

### What to Include (1-3 minutes total)

1. **Quick Introduction (30 seconds)** 
     - Your name and where you're from
     - Your teaching experience and qualifications
2. **Teaching Philosophy (30 seconds)** 
     - What makes you a great teacher
     - How you engage young learners
3. **Mini Teaching Demo (1-2 minutes)** 
     - Choose ONE simple activity: 
           - Teach a greeting or introduce yourself
           - Teach 3-5 vocabulary words (animals, colors, etc.)
           - Demonstrate Total Physical Response (TPR) actions
     - Show your energy, smile, and teaching style
     - Use gestures, props, or visual aids if available

### Technical Requirements

- Record in a quiet, well-lit space
- Ensure your face is clearly visible
- Dress professionally
- Position camera at eye level
- Clear audio is essential

### How to Submit

**Option 1: Google Drive (Recommended)**

1. Upload your video to Google Drive
2. Right-click the video and select "Get link"
3. Change setting to "Anyone with the link can view"
4. Copy and paste the link in your application

**Option 2: Other Methods**

- YouTube (set as "Unlisted")
- Dropbox, WeTransfer, or any platform where we can download the video
- Just ensure the link allows us to view or download the video

### Important Tips

- **Keep it short!** 1-3 minutes maximum
- **Be yourself** - authenticity matters more than perfection
- **Focus on energy** - show the enthusiasm you'll bring to classes
- **No professional editing needed** - a simple smartphone recording works great

*Remember: We'll select the best clips from your video to showcase to parents when they're choosing teachers. A warm, energetic video significantly increases your bookings!*
